FREE Pillow Adjustments for one (1) Year! - If your goose down pillow, feather pillow or decorative pillow firmness isn't perfect we will gladly adjust its firmness FREE for one (1) year from the date of purchase. It's that simple. You ONLY pay to ship it to us for the adjustment.
1. Pillow Adjustment Guideline:
We will adjust any of our sleep pillows, down pillows or feather pillows, one density level higher or lower than the density level of the original order. For example: If you order a Medium Density pillow and you need to have it adjusted we will adjust it Firmer or Softer for FREE.
2. Pillow Adjustment Process:
Once we receive your pillow and log it into our system please allow 7 - 10 business days for us to adjust your pillow. You will receive email notification when your adjusted pillow is shipped.
3. Adjusted Pillows:
We will gladly adjust a pillow as many times as you would like under our Perfect Pillow Policy. Once a pillow is adjusted it is considered custom.
4. Shipping Costs:
We will adjust it for FREE and ship it back to you for FREE. You pay the shipping cost to return it for the adjustment.
