Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders greater than $150.00 anywhere in the Continental United States. Before checkout Alaska and Hawaii customers will be presented with the lowest possible shipping rates. If you wish to upgrade your shipping you may do so at the time of checkout. Please note that our boxes for some items, namely featherbeds, can be very large and heavy and can be very expensive to expedite.

All of our luxury down bedding pieces are made shortly after your order is placed and typically ship within 2-3 days. We will notify you via email when your order is both confirmed and when it has shipped. NOTE: Please be looking for our confirmation email immediately upon confirmation of your order. With that email you can then add us to your address book which will then prevent your email program from assuming our emails are spam.

Perfect Pillow Policy & FREE Shipping:

FREE Shipping does NOT apply when you return your pillow under our "Perfect Pillow Policy". FREE Shipping DOES apply when we ship it back to you. Please note that goods sent to some countries (e.g. Canada, Europe, and the UK) may incur VAT and or customs duties. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Luxury Linens:

Ship Separately: Pillow cases; flat sheets, fitted sheets typically ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Feather Bed Protectors and Duvet Covers:

Ship Separately: Duvet Covers and feather bed protectors typically ship within 2 - 4 WEEKS.
