FREE Pillow Adjustments for one (1) Year! - If your goose down pillow, feather pillow or decorative pillow firmness isn't perfect we will gladly adjust its firmness FREE for one (1) year from the date of purchase. It's that simple. You ONLY pay to ship it to us for the adjustment.
1. Create Adjustment Shipping Label:
Use our UPS online form to quickly generate a UPS Shipping Label to return your pillow for adjustment. Use the information below for expediting your pillow adjustment and additional information we will need for how to adjust your pillow.

3. Adjustment Processing:
Once we have received your product and logged it into our system please allow 7 - 10 business days for us to adjust your pillow. After we have adjusted or refreshed your pillow you will receive a ship confirmation.
